Bailey Payne - Spring Break Daytona
The Story
Spring Break in Daytona Beach is a global destination for fun in the sun, and we wanted to incorporate a unique and engaging Red Bull experience into the celebration. Cue Bailey Payne.
Bailey was perfect for this activation because he's mobile, talented, and loves interacting with people. With the MXT DJ Truck we were able to drive down the beach to find the party. Not only did we find it, we created it. Bailey did several interactive demos and performances during the day in front of a cumulative 5,000 people, including 42 consecutive back handsprings spanning the entire width of the beach.
Results:
The hotel where the party was rooted was not a Red Bull account prior to this activation. After seeing the energy and value we brought to this moment, and hearing the potential sales revenue, they became an exclusive Red Bull account at their check-in, bars, and restaurant. They have sold over 15,000 Red Bulls since!
Bailey's social following garnered over 20,000 impressions.
Estimates of the spectators social shares are over 100,000 impressions.
WESH Channel 2 news also came out and interviewed Bailey on site, gaining 15,000 viewers.
